24 Hour Emergency Hotline

Inter-Faith’s Emergency Hotline provides 24-hour assistance to families
in urgent need of food or shelter.

The Hotline serves Ambler, Ft. Washington, Lower Gwynedd, Upper
Dublin and Whitpain.

Hope Gardens

Hope Gardens is an eight-unit transitional housing facility. The first of its
kind in Montgomery County, PA, it has helped families make the shift
from homelessness to self-sufficiency since 1995.

Familes may reside at Hope Gardens for up to 24 months.  During their
stay residents pay sliding-scale rent and provide maintenance support.

In-house programs include therapeutic counseling, case management, parenting classes, budgeting courses and goal planning workshops.

Inter-Faith Hospitality Network (I-FHN)

Founded in 1989, the Inter-Faith Hospitality Network (I-FHN) provides 90-day emergency shelter and support services to homeless families in Central Montgomery County.

In this program congregations host families for one month at their places of worship.  Families dine and sleep at the "Host" congregation while attending day courses at the I-FHA center.  I-FHN Buddy congregations provide volunteers to assist families with their evening activities.

All volunteers receive extensive training and support from Interfaith’s Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager.
